Policies and Terms

  1. High-Resolution Images Required
    All submitted images must be high-resolution (300 DPI or higher). Low-quality images may negatively affect the final design and will be rejected.

  2. Turnaround Time
    Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday), beginning once all required materials and payment have been received.

  3. Content Submission

    • All design content (text, event details, etc.) must be typed out and submitted via email.

    • Screenshots, handwritten notes, or verbal communication will not be accepted for accuracy reasons.

  4. Photo Submission
    All images must be submitted via email. Images sent through text, social media, or other platforms will not be accepted.

  5. Draft Revisions

    • One draft will be provided for review.

    • All revision requests must be submitted via email in a clear, numbered format.

    • Additional revisions after the flyer has been finalized will incur a $10 fee per correction.

  6. Pricing & Payments

    • Standard flyer pricing is $150, unless a promotional sale is active.

    • Sale prices are time-sensitive and will not be honored after the sale period ends.

    • Full payment is required upfront. No work will begin without payment confirmation.

  7. Refund Policy
    Once the design process has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Additional Policies

  1. Rush Fee
    Need it sooner than 5–7 business days? A rush fee of $50 applies for 48-hour turnaround, subject to availability.

  2. Final Files
    Final flyer will be delivered in high-quality JPEG or PNG format. Editable PSD or source files are not included unless purchased separately.

  3. Communication Hours
    Business hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (CST). Emails sent after hours will be addressed the next business day.

  4. Design Ownership & Usage
    Designs remain the intellectual property of the designer until paid in full. Once finalized and delivered, the client has full rights to use the flyer for promotional purposes. Designs may be used in the designer's portfolio or social media for promotional display unless otherwise requested.

5. Project Hold Policy
If a client fails to respond or submit required materials within 14 days, the project will be placed on hold. A $25 restart fee will apply to resume work.
